Golden Butter Prawn

For those who like prawns, I would like to share with you a recipe about prawns. If you are sensitive to seafood, I'm sorry but I will prepare other recipe non-seafood so enjoy your recipe and food.

1kg King prawns
3 Egg yolks(Stir it well)
2-3 Sterns curry leaf
5tbsp Margarine
(Also add chilies(chopped) if you like, I would prefer you all use bird's eye chilies)

1tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Monosodium glutamte
4tbsp Evaporated milk

1. Rinse the prawns and drain well. Deep-fry into hot oil for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Remove it, keep them asides.
2. Heat up margarine in a preheated wok, cook until dissolved, then pour in beaten egg yolk immediately. Stir until looks crispy and golden in colour. Remove and drained.
3. Heat up another 1 tbsp margarine to saute (chopped chilies if you want) and curry leaves till fragrant. Add in prefried prawns, salt and glutamate, stir well. Lastly, add in Evaporated milk, stir-fry until almost dry. Dish is already to serve you with the golden egg shreds and also serve it hot.

Soda Cracker Cake

200g Soda cracker(crushed)
120g Butter
4 Eggs
150g Sugar

1. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy and light
2. Slowly add in eggs. Mix well.
3. Add in crushed soda cracker last.
4. Pour the batter into paper cups and bake it
5. 170。c for about 30 minutes or till it is cook.

I haven't test it, but I think it sound delicious and I going to have bracer so you guys enjoy it. I will enjoy after more than 2 years.
